Brew Archive begins with an extraction, not with a generic soluble-coffee profile.

NATCHA prepares the coffee as espresso or manual brew, then uses freeze-drying to preserve that completed brew in a lightweight, portioned format.

The catalogue can include different NATCHA lots. Origin, altitude, process and cup-profile information are supplied for the selected archive lot.
